The olive tree is at the heart of Palestinian life, and the harvest is a family occasion. For families with older members or few young people at home, the season can be overwhelming. Our volunteers join them in the fields, picking, sorting and carrying the harvest.
Every harvest day starts with a short safety briefing and ends with a shared meal with the host family. Volunteers can join one day or the whole season.
